In alignment with the project’s vision, Surespan engineered and supplied a range of glazed roof access hatches, meticulously crafted to meet diverse size requirements, including dimensions of 7′-2″ x 7′-0″, 10′-4″ x 5′-0″, and 14′-0″ x 4′-0″. Each hatch was equipped with a vertical door, enhancing access to rooftop spaces, and was completed with a durable polyester powder-coated finish for longevity and aesthetic appeal.
The glazed roof hatches stand out for their advanced features, designed for both functionality and safety. A unique sensory control panel is integral to the system, issuing a 1-minute warning sound upon rain detection to prevent water ingress. Additionally, a movement sensor is incorporated to ensure the hatch remains open when necessary, enhancing safety. The system also facilitates automatic opening in the event of a fire and includes a keycode pad for secure exit, embodying a blend of innovation and security in rooftop access solutions.
