Our Bespoke Smoke Vent can be made in any size up to 1800 x 3000 mm and includes options for concealed actuators, emergency battery backup, wind deflectors, rain and wind sensors, and either a solid or glazed top. This allows for complete customization to meet specific architectural and functional requirements.
All our Bespoke Smoke Vents comply with EN12101-2 and are CE marked, meeting the stringent requirements of building regulations, approved document B, and BS9999. This ensures they provide reliable safety performance in emergency situations
The Bespoke Smoke Vent features 50mm polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation, which offers an excellent U-value of 0.43 W/m²K. This high level of insulation improves the energy efficiency of the building by reducing thermal bridging and heat loss.
It is equipped with a 24V DC actuator that allows for 140-degree opening, and optional electromagnetic locking. These features provide reliable and secure operation, essential for both everyday use and in emergency scenarios where rapid smoke evacuation is necessary.
