Yes, our recessed floor hatches can be tailored to match various flooring materials for seamless integration.
The HIAC floor door is designed with a self-draining, water-managed system. Any water that passes through the double EPDM seals is directed into an internal drainage channel. This system is equipped with a ¾ inch hose adaptor, allowing for easy connection to an external drainage system, ensuring that the hatch remains functional even in outdoor or water-exposed environments​.
We offer various load ratings to accommodate different needs, from pedestrian to vehicular traffic.
Our hatches are designed for ease of installation, with detailed instructions available for both new builds and retrofits.
