The roof hatch is available in several finishes, including aluminium, stainless steel, polyester powder-coated (single or twin colour RAL), and anodised.
The hatch is insulated with a 75mm (PIR) polyisocyanurate board to achieve a thermal performance of 0.26 W/m²K. This insulation helps maintain temperature control within the building and enhances energy efficiency.

  • LO4: Pad lockable external handle with toggle latch and internal cablock.
  • LO6: European deadlock with a thumb turn internal mechanism and key external, accompanied by a non-locking external handle.
