For this distinguished project, Surespan supplied a bespoke range of hatches that align with the development’s emphasis on luxury and modernity. A standout product in our delivery was the SRHGE/FGL multi-pane hatch, measuring 3412 x 2140mm. This innovative design combines functionality and aesthetics, featuring a part fixed / part hinged configuration, with the hinged section measuring 1706 x 1070mm and operated by 24v DC actuators. This unique approach ensures seamless integration with the building’s sophisticated architecture, providing access while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the development.
Key features of the supplied hatches include a durable polyester powder coating, ensuring longevity and resistance to the elements. They also come equipped with an SP 1185/C Control Panel, which comes equipped with two synchronised actuators and a battery backup system, offering reliability and ease of operation. Additionally, an external key switch, rated IP66, ensures secure and controlled access, complementing the development’s focus on security and convenience. Including removable lifting eyes further exemplifies the attention to detail and practicality in design, facilitating easy installation and maintenance.
