Available finish options include aluminum, stainless steel, polyester powder coating in single-color or dual-color RAL finishes, and anodized aluminum.
The hatch is insulated with a 3 in. (75 mm) PIR board to support an approximate U-factor of 0.046 and R-value about 21.8, helping maintain thermal performance across the roof assembly.

Available locking configurations include:

  • LO4: External padlockable handle with toggle latch and internal cablock.
  • LO6: European deadlock with internal thumbturn and external keyed access, supplied with a non-locking external handle.
  • LO7: European deadlock with keyed locking internally and externally, supplied with a non-locking external handle.

Our SureGuard handrail system improves user safety on roof access hatches. It features a custom-sized permanent three-sided handrail fixed to the hatch upstand, together with a spring-loaded self-closing side gate. Available in any RAL color with a durable polyester powder-coated finish, it adds a higher level of safety and usability at the roof access point.

Standard vertical ladders provide direct access, while companionway or ship ladders offer a more comfortable climbing angle.
