The hatch is insulated with a 3 in. (75 mm) PIR polyisocyanurate board. This supports an approximate U-factor of 0.046 (R-value 21.8), equivalent to the stated thermal performance of, while helping maintain building-envelope efficiency.

Safety Products

Our SureGuard handrail system adds perimeter protection at the roof access point. The assembly includes a custom-sized permanent three-sided handrail fixed to the hatch upstand, together with a spring-loaded self-closing side gate. Available in any RAL color with a durable polyester powder-coated finish, it helps improve user safety during roof access and maintenance.

Ladder Access

Our roof access products can be paired with a range of ladder types to suit the application. Standard vertical ladders provide direct access, while companionway or ship ladders offer a more comfortable climbing angle. ZIP retractable ladders support compact spaces by folding away when not in use.
