Smoke Vent with Access

The SRHP smoke vent with access combines day-to-day rooftop access with smoke ventilation in a single assembly for commercial and industrial projects. Built with a thermally broken construction, insulated upstand, and 24V actuation supported by documented EN 12101-2 smoke-vent test data, it is suited to specification-led projects that require dependable ventilation performance and controlled roof access.

An 11.8 in. (300 mm) insulated upstand with a thermally broken build-up and mineral wool insulation is available for projects that need dependable thermal performance.

Snow Loading

Can be engineered for significant snow loading while maintaining access and smoke vent functionality.

Resistance To Wind Loads

Supported by documented EN 12101-2 wind-load test data to help provide dependable operation in exposed conditions; local code acceptance should be confirmed by the project team.
