Yes. Exi-Vent is bespoke and can be manufactured to suit project specific openings. This is particularly useful where the access hatch needs to be larger than typical combined systems allow, while the smoke vent module is sized to meet the required free area. Smoke vent sizing should be confirmed by the project fire strategy. Exi-Vent smoke vent modules are CE marked to EN 12101-2, with published performance data for standard modules. Once the required free area is confirmed, the smoke vent module can be selected accordingly, and the roof access hatch can be sized independently to suit maintenance access requirements.
Exi-Vent can be supplied with common smoke ventilation control options to suit project requirements, including a control centre, fireman switch, key switch, push button, and smoke detector integration.
